Christmas Story Time at North Notts College

Children from North Notts Early Learners’ Centre celebrated Christmas with a traditional Christmas Story time, held in the College Library.

The children of various ages enjoyed a selection of stories read by Lynda Rose, College librarian, who was dressed in the festive spirit, wearing a Christmas hat to get everyone in the mood.  After story time the children sang carols with students and staff joining in.

“This is an annual event which we hold each year, a lovely start to the Christmas celebrations.  Everyone enjoys the children singing, students, parents and staff join in and the children look so sweet in their Christmas costumes and hats.

“It’s a very special time for me and a privilege to be part of it and it makes such a special treat for the children. I just love this time of year, for me Christmas is all about the children.”
