Hair and Beauty Salon
At North Notts College we have a brand new and updated Hair and Beauty Salon that is kitted out with state-of-the-art equipment, with the calibre to match any high street salon along with a new clinical suite too!
Our Hair and Beauty Salon is the perfect place to sharpen your skills in hairdressing and beauty therapy. You will learn from our widely experienced team of tutors who come from an array of different backgrounds and careers within hairdressing and beauty therapy.
Equipment
As a hair and beauty student, you will train in our very own commercial salon, you will have access to a nail salon, massage therapy room and two hairdressing salons, including our very own commercial salon.
These facilities are equipped with top-of-the-range, industry standard equipment, so that your studying environment is reflective of professional hair, nail and beauty salons.
You will have access to:

- Dermalifts
- G5 body massagers

Health and Safety
The Hair and Beauty Salon provides a safe and clean environment, where every student and member of staff undertakes continuous health and safety training. This includes a health and safety induction and training before using specialised equipment and tools.
Students are also expected to wear a professional uniform and hygiene equipment when necessary.
